Refund policy

All climbing holds in Drop 0.5 are handmade and produced in small batches in Finland.

Because each order is individually assembled based on the customer’s preferences, all sales are considered final once production has started.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at project@chasing27.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

Refunds or replacements are evaluated case by case.

Small variations in texture, color, shape, and finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
